Before you apply

Follow these steps to submit a complete application.

Step 1. Choose the correct option

  • Select the right button based on the country in which your degree was awarded.
  • Submit your application online using the official Universita’ Cattolica application page.

Step 2. Prepare your documents

  • CV
  • Motivation letter in English
  • Transcript of records
  • Publications, if available, add them as supporting materials

Submit documents in a clear, readable format and use consistent file names.

What happens after you submit

Review

  • You submit the application and upload the required documents.
  • We review your application based on background, motivation, and professional goals.
  • You receive an admissions outcome as soon as the evaluation is completed.

Confirmation and Early Bird

  • If admitted, you confirm your participation within 5 days.
  • You pay the first instalment to confirm your seat.
  • If your application is submitted by 29 May, you are eligible for the EUR 3,000 discount on the last instalment, subject to timely confirmation and payment.

The process is designed to be fast and clear, with defined next steps at each stage.

Which documents should I upload?

CV, motivation letter in English, transcript of records. If you have publications, include them as supporting materials.

How does the Early Bird discount work?

Apply by 29 May. If admitted, confirm within 5 days and pay the first instalment. The EUR 3,000 discount applies to the last instalment.

Requirement

English proficiency

The programme is delivered in English. You can meet the requirement with a test score or with a short assessment call.

Option 1. Provide a test score

  • IELTS: 6.0 or higher
  • TOEFL iBT: 80 or higher

If you already have a valid certificate, keep it ready for upload during the application.

Option 2. Request an assessment call

If you do not have a certificate, you can request a video call assessment.
