What is the AIDBM Master?

The AI-Driven Business Models Master is a 2nd-level postgraduate program by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and ICRIM, tailored to equip professionals with strategic and operational AI capabilities. The program was launched in collaboration with Microsoft Italy.

Program Structure

AI-Driven Business Models Master is structured around two complementary learning paths: AI in Strategy and AI in Action, each composed of six integrated modules.

AI in Strategy: Ethics, law, entrepreneurship, trends.

AI in Action: Marketing, operations, HR, robotics, case studies.

Learning Approach & Flexibility

The Master offers a blended learning model with a flexible part-time structure:

• 2 Intensive Weeks on campus (40 hours per week, start of each term)
• Core courses held on Fridays (5:30 pm – 7:30 pm) and Saturdays (9:00 am – 1:00 pm), from October to July.
• Remote learning options:
  • Synchronous (Live) classes
  • Asynchronous (Recorded) sessions for those in different time zones
• Study Tours for networking and team building
